In this form the user has to provide values for monthly average minimum and maximum temperatures. These values can be different for every year.

Moreover the user has to provide the relative humidity per month. This is required to calculate the load of air-conditioning (A/C) and the fuel evaporation. A high value denotes high humidity and a higher load for the A/C that increases consumption.
