With this form the user can add entities to the current COPERT file if he/she has chosen to create a File with entities. After the user has added successfully the entities names he can proceed with adding years. At the end Copert 5 will generate pair values of entity-year. E.g user creates a File and selects from Run mode entities and gives the name Region. Then he adds Flemish, Walloon, Brussels regions and also adds year 2017 and 2018. The corresponding pair values that Copert will generate will be Flemish ~ 2017, Walloon ~ 2017, Brussels ~ 2018, Flemish ~ 2018, Walloon ~ 2017, Brussels ~ 2018.
