In this form the user may provide values for monthly average minimum and maximum temperatures. These values may be different for every year.

Moreover the user may provide the relative humidity per month. This is required to calculate the load of air-conditioning (A/C) and the fuel evaporation. A high value denotes high humidity and a higher load for the A/C that increases consumption.
