File > Save...

This command creates the proper ".cop" file for storing the data of the new inventory. This may take a few seconds depending on the computer’s performance. The first time that the user saves a new file, the name of the new file appears on the application's title-bar. After that, each time the user saves the current instance of the run anytime during the inventory preparation, all updates brought into the inventory up to this time will be saved and there is no way to retrieve data saved previously (i.e. no "undo" button).
