Emisia conducted a thorough research on non-tailpipe emissions from road traffic for Flemish policy. The study involved the collection of current data from various sources, identifying gaps, and finding ways to bridge them through quantifying emission factors per source (brake, tire, road), and determining particle size, primarily focusing on PM10 and PM2.5. The study also evaluated the impact of parameters that affect non-exhaust emissions, their chemical composition, and the effectiveness of potential measures in consideration of the proposed Euro 7 limits. As a part of the LENS project, we created an online questionnaire to determine the modifications that users make to motorcycles and other L-category vehicles (tricycles, ATVs, mini-cars) in Europe. We would like to invite those of you who have motorcycles with one or more modifications to participate in our survey! The questionnaire is completely anonymous, will take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete, and will remain open until 31/05.
