Emisia and the European Environment Agency jointly organised the annual training workshop on COPERT, hosted in Copenhagen 23-24 October.
On the first day of the workshop the methodological aspects of the model were presented as well as all the new elements included in the latest v5.3 of the software.
On the second day the software was demonstrated followed by a hands-on session.
Emisia and Low Carbon Turkey jointly organised a training workshop on SIBYL, hosted in Ankara, Turkey on 15-16 October.

to staff the R & D department in the field of information technology and new technologies.

The final report of the study “Technical support for the review obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 (NRMM)” is publicly available. The report compiles information and presents the results of assessments and analyses which aim at making a contribution to the discussion on retrofitting measures for non-road mobile machinery. EMISIA participated in the first meeting of the Advisory Group on Vehicle Emission Standards (AGVES), held in Brussels on 19 July 2019.
An Advisory Group on Vehicle Emission Standards (AGVES) has been created by joining all the relevant expert groups working on emission legislation, in order to provide technical advice to the Commission for the development of the post-EURO 6/VI emission standards for motor vehicles. The
EMISIA participated in the kick-off meeting of the “Independent on-road RDE testing to ensure broad information and transparency for better market surveillance” project for DG GROW.
Giorgos Mellios participated as reviewer in the Stage 3 of the review process for Air Pollutant Emissions Inventories submitted by Parties to the LRTAP Convention in Copenhagen, 25-28 June.
